Experience at The Wave®: ColdCraft & voulaii
Our employees have been working extremely hard over these past couple months. Version Two will be coming out soon so our employees are preparing like you have never seen before. Behind the scenes many things are going on and taking effect. We asked two of our employees to tell us a little bit about their experience at The Wave® so far.

voulaii, Senior Community Manager, Community & Operations
My name is Seth; I go by the username “voulaii” or the display name voul5. I’m a 16 year-old Junior in high school, and I’m currently doing dual enrollment at my state college. I play about 3 games in total consisting of Quaver (a rhythm-based game), Roblox, and Town of Salem (a mafia-based deception game).
I’ve been with The Wave® since early September, and I was hired as a Corporate Officer due to some of my previous community management experience; I’ve recently been promoted to Corporate Director about a week ago. I’ve been relatively busy with school-related stuff as of recently, so I’m attempting to bring my grades up before allocating more time to this group.
Realistically, dealing with disputes in the Discord is probably one of my favorite things. Ideally, I would like to help plan future events and come up with brand new ideas that set The Wave® aside from different Roblox Communities.
Some future plans I have for The Wave® would be to personally host stage channels while working with the new Discord “Events” feature, work on department infrastructure to better organize our departments, and tweak (as well as add onto) The Wave®’s guidelines when I have the chance.
Any major suggestions that I have will be discussed with Blue. At the moment I believe that the President(s) and the Chairman are working their hardest to make this group succeed in the end game.

ColdCr4ft, Quality Assurance Lead, Product
My name is Cold, or ColdCr4ft, and I currently serve as the Quality Assurance Lead under the Product Team with Jackoob_YT. I have been playing Roblox since 2018, and have been playing ever since. I currently run and operate two groups on Roblox called “Cold Creations” and “ColdDev Team”
I have been with The Wave® for about a month and have enjoyed my experience. I think the best part is the small community and workforce and how we all work together to achieve something as a whole is something I really value here.
Besides QA Testing, I am also working as a Trial Moderator in our Moderation Team, ran by our Chief Moderation Officer Horrendum. I hope to bring insightful feedback as QA Lead and member of the moderation team.
