Experience at The Wave®: DeveloperJxsh & Horrendum
We’ve previously hosted our first employee interview with two of our employees, and now it’s time for our second interview. We do these interviews so our customers get a better understanding on what our employees do at our company.

Horrendum, Chief Moderation Officer, Moderation
I’m Horrendum, current Chief Moderation Officer for The Wave. I’m a former renown clan leader since 2010 and I’ve been in almost every genre on ROBLOX as an administrator, officer, or team leader.
I’ve been working with The Wave, approximately, since it opened. I was brought in by David when ownership was given to him so I could lend a helping hand. I work with him in RCD (ROBLOX Community Developers) as his Co-Owner alongside Dis_Chat and 12mrcool.
I would say the best part about The Wave is that it’s undergoing a strenuous development process to ensure that, by the time of release, we will have a stable infrastructure and game. We have a great community of developers, workers, and managers that work with The Wave and I’m optimistic to see how far we can go with how much time and effort we’re putting into this group.
My future plans for The Wave is to ensure that the server is continuously being monitored by my moderators so that we can keep the servers safe and at a family-friendly level. I intend on getting more involved with other people in the community as well, so I can learn more about how our staff operate, how the community interacts with one another, and how each department works from the inside.
Some suggestions and improvements I have is to keep the community more involved, as I see that a lot of development ‘leaks’ are very sporadic and not announced frequently. I’d love to keep the community excited as we keep giving them development updates, but other than that, I have no further suggestions.
DeveloperJxsh, Chief Operating Officer, Operations
Hey there! I’m DeveloperJxsh. I am currently working at The Wave as a full-time Corporate Intern, and the head of the Operations Department. I plan on reviving this department and making it one of the most important.
I have been working with The Wave for around 3 weeks, and have already started hiring for our group.
I feel the best part is the community; they are all so positive and always welcoming.
I plan to better the group as a whole, and my department. Hiring members into both at a rapid rate, I am working on making the group a better, more active place as a whole. I also plan on working my way up the ranks and becoming a respected, active member of the group who all low ranks (and all staff) know they can contact if they have any concerns.
I suggest adding more community events to the Discord while we wait for the Version Two build to be released.
