Give a warm Introduction to Ninjacakester!
Hello everyone, I’m Ninjacakester. I’m really a man of more than one specific job. I’ve worked with many Roblox groups in the past mainly regarding their finances. I’ve been a consultant for other groups in relation to auditing, accounting, and also paying out robux. I have also been involved with other certain genres of Roblox groups such as ones relating to politics and law but I suppose that would be not as important for my current position.
What are my plans for The Wave®?
My vision at The Wave® would be to better maintain financial stability and management in respect to more of a Human Resources and Corporate perspective but also to maintain a great experience for customers and guests through my aforementioned efforts. I believe wholey that if businesses do not have to worry about their financial stabilities and other efforts regarding finances because they have certain individuals focused on that then those businesses can have more productivity through the company as a whole. The belief is sort of similar to a trickle down effect whereas if management has certain individuals for certain positions then there will be less of an attempt to multitask which may cause stress on members of staff from having too much force and responsibilities pushed upon them. Overall, having other individuals focusing on financials also leads to better accounting of the finances to make sure there aren’t any inconsistencies.
What do I hope to accomplish in my role?
I hope to accomplish a long lasting management that truly accounts for the finances at The Wave® and to have a management in place that can work together to maintain that formerly mentioned goal. I also wish to fulfil a business that has a proud and faithful staff and clientle through efforts of mine and other investment staff members. I would also attempt to achieve more direct investments from outside individuals towards this business.
I wish to help create a better community and business at The Wave®. I also wish to learn from other members when I can and to get to know other employees and customers better.
What are my past experiences on Roblox?
One of the past group was a roblox nightclub and I was in charge of mainly their payouts and other financial management. Other groups also had me managing for places as a more generalized moderating and administrative role instead of a specific specialty.
