The Wave® strives to provide the best customer and worker experiences. Version Two has been in development for a while now and is going to be releasing fairly soon, with that we are hoping to start getting community engagement levels back up.

Recently, our Community Engagement team has been doing their best to hire new employees to help bring the community activity back up. Our Community Engagement Manager, Nevergonna100, sat down with our Chief Content Officer, BigBobTheFourth, for an interview.

Interview with Nevergonna100

BigBobTheFourth: Thank you for taking the time to do this interview with me today. So my first question is… what do you plan on doing to improve community engagement levels?

Nevergonna100: Using our new community engagement staff, I plan to have all of them start hosting events as soon as possible. These events will include game nights, events in our new game, and host giveaways.

Do you plan on hiring new members to our team?

Nevergonna100: In fact we do, we are going to be hiring new staff very very soon that will hopefully help us out! We feel that engagement is extremely important, and we need to take the steps and measures to improve that our customers and employees are deeply engaged with activities.

Do you and your team have any other ideas to help the community get back up and running?

Nevergonna100: We encourage our community to help us! This isn’t a one-man effort curriculum. We need everyone to pitch in and help us because it will only get more difficult if nobody steps up to the plate.

In the future, we’re hoping to introduce more gamenights, events and add new ways to connect and socialize with our community more.

Suggestions from our Community!

Suggestions are a smart and innovated way to improve our product, and we’ll need your help by giving useful feedback and suggestions to meet those goals. We honor and hope to continue to see more suggestions not only for Version Two, but for engagement ideas in the future.

Final Quota

With the soon release of The Wave® Version Two, there will be many activities in the game for community members to explore and enjoy. Many of these activities are in the making and or being thought of. This means that these are all not 100% going to be in games, however, we are doing our best to incorporate all of them into Version Two.

Here are our ideas for community activities inside the game: exploratory quests, pets, benefits for Roblox Premium members, finding hidden treasures that give you points and wavebucks.

Events, gamenights, and giveaways will soon be available for the community to participate in. In our last interview with DeveloperJxsh, our former Chief Operating Officer, they said that a suggestion they have is to add more community events. We are currently trying to work out a plan and schedule for those events and make sure that they are fun for everyone. If you have any suggestions for game nights or other special events, please feel free to send a direct message to our Community Engagement Manager, Nevergonna100.

The Wave® is always looking to hire some new employees for the Community Engagement team. If you have the time and effort to host game nights and other events for our community, feel free to contact the Community Engagement Manager at any time for open positions.
