Here at The Wave®, we have have hired a variety of employees that work in different departments, assisting with the downfall of activity, or just trying to make the community stand out. We are excited for all of these people and their commitment to us. We can’t wait to see what new and electrifying ideas they have. Please give a big warm welcome to some of the employees that have been working for us!

We’ve told each one of the employees below to write one-goal they have for The Wave®. — Each employee works in a different department, and have different tasks to do.

BigBobTheFourth, Chief of Content, Social Media

Bob is the Chief Content Officer on the Social Media Team at The Wave, he oversees the media department, and works closely with the community on updates, leaks and announcements.

As the Chief Content Officer, I hope to accomplish many things but I have one main goal. My main goal as the Chief Content Officer is to increase the concurrent players. I want the group and game to always have a steady player count so that people on different timezones can have the same opportunities as people in more popular timezones.

Ipouroche44, Senior Manager, Public Relations

Ipouroche44 (Known as Milas) is a Manager on the Public Relations Team. Milas has the responsibility of running our affiliates and partnerships, and making sure each partner has the right information for events, and future updates regarding the group.

As the Manager of the Public Relations Team, my responsibility is going to be huge. I will be maintaining all partnership requests with my team and ensure they’re all going through our guidelines, professionalism and hope to have a strong connection with them as an affiliate with The Wave®. We feel the need to have close partnerships with other companies on Roblox ensuring our players and employees are connected with others.

sureloxx, Security Engineer, Product Team

sureloxx is a Security Engineer at The Wave, and he works on patching expolits and bugs. He works closely with the Product Team, and has a strong field with scripting. He has done various work within User Interfaces and Scripting.

With my newly appointed position as a Security Research Engineer, I hope to accomplish lots of things, I plan to get an entire new Anti-Cheat system implemented into the game(s) to protect it from the people trying to bypass the game defense systems. This will ensure that each player can play without the worry of someone ruining their experience.

I can’t wait to get started, and I hope to make the game(s) safe from exploiters who just honestly ruin gameplay environments, and get in the way of others trying to have fun.

DaffyDavinko, Security Engineer, Product Team

DaffyDavinko is a Security Engineer and Programmer at The Wave. Daffy works closely with our Product Team on various assets being programmed and well functional. Daffy has previously worked as a Translator and contributed for Doomspire Brickbattle, Vehicle Tycoon and Horrific Housing, Jamie’s Restaurant Franchise, and Fantasy Studios.

My vision at The Wave consists of stopping exploiters from ruining the game or its community and helping the game be tidy and un-breachable or as close as I can get to it.

As a Security Engineer, I hope to find all of the issues regarding Game Security and have a full anti-cheat with all types of measures regarding exploiting.
